Love the delivery timing and quality of the bat, but payment options here are limited. I wanted to use my card, but i didn’t even see where to input card details, when i contacted support, i was told thier payment processor was temporally down, i had to send payment via zelle pay.

High charges for standard shipping, the only reason i paid such high delivery fee was because my son was on my neck for the hype fire bat. You guys better work on what you charge for delivery.

But I’ve advised your livechat support to put up their credit card payments option, to me it will increase sales. Packaging and delivery was good, but no credit card option? I was helped by a friendly rep, but then found out I couldn’t use my Visa. Had to send payment using Paypal
